Reliable Oaks is owned and operated by Elizabeth Williams. Elizabeth has a BSN from UT Galveston and has worked as a nursing assistant in nursing homes, as an ICU nurse for eight years and at MD Anderson as a pain management nurse. Her qualifications are paired with her passion for senior care. As you visit our facility, you will see the natural ability as well as the love that she shows for caring for her residents.

Several years ago Elizabeth created a vision of Reliable Oaks. Today, that vision is now a reality. Her passion for caring for seniors resulted in establishing Reliable Oaks in Needville, TX. A foundational belief in increasing the quality of life for her residents results in a resident-centered approach to senior living at Reliable Oaks. She believes no two people are alike; she understands that the services each senior requires is never exactly the same. The resident-centered approach to living begins with the seniors needs and results in choices about day-to-day living, service and care options. This helps maintain the independence and dignity of our residents and provide the best possible lifestyle and service options.

Elizabeth personally trains and develops her hand-picked, qualified staff. The staff at Reliable Oaks not only has a passion but has qualified previous experience caring for seniors.

Reliable Oaks Requirements:

• Extensive screening process including reference and background checks.
• Maintain current TB Skin testing/CXR
• Successfully complete in house training under Registered Nurse supervision
• Professional and maintain a strict code of conduct
• Certified in CPR/ First Aid
